Rapid development of science and technology, the acceleration process internationalization globalization in higher education 21st century, increased demand, perspective popularity wide use distance electronic learning model/method. Nowadays it is clear that many developed countries, learning, taking into account a number advantages, has radically changed teaching effectively met educational activities. Based on Georgian example comparative legal analysis, this article presents modern challenges main problems e-learning system, offers relevant conclusions recommendations.
